This week we have challenged physician assistant and podcast creator Jordan D'Nelle to choose 11 items that represents her and her life in the past, present and future!

One item that represents your childhood: Mac’n’cheese
“I love macaroni and cheese, and growing up every single birthday we would go to Outback and I would always order mac’n’cheese - every single year.”
One item that represents your nationality: Fatty foods
“Iknow this sounds horrible but I also think it’s true. Hamburgers, fries, all that stuff, that is what a lot of people think of when they think of America. I wish there was much more education about proper diet, nutrition and ‘everything in moderation’.”
One item that represents your biggest passion; A vibrator
“I think self-pleasure and women’s health is very important and that is the basis of my entire work life including my podcast.”
One item that represents your highest ambition in life: An airplane
“I love to travel and one of my big goals is to travel the world. When I graduated from PA school my goal was to go to one new country every year. It was all going according to plan until 2020 and Covid, but travel still remains a huge part of my life.”
One item that represents your current mood: The ocean
“I love the water, I love being by the water, the sound, everything. To me it is just incredibly calming, flowing and very relaxing. And that’s how I feel right now as well.”
One item that represents your favourite person: A book
“The people in my life are always levelling up and working on themselves and self-development, which is also a huge part of my life. A lot of my friends have a lot of books and we share books, talk about them and continue to grow through reading.”
One item that represents your style: Leopard print
“I love leopard print. I own everything leopard print, it is almost part of my branding, it’s my absolute favourite. If you look at my Instagram you’ll see that 99% of my outfits feature leopard print - even my Apple-watch. I think the reason that I love leopard is because it’s bold and powerfull and I’d like to think that represents me as well.”
One item that represents your greatest fear: A heart
“I have a fear of getting my heart broken and so sharing my heart and opening my heart is very difficult for me.”
One item that represents your profession: A stethoscope
“I work in medicine and I use them daily to check and listen to peoples heart and lungs. My heart belongs to medicine and particularly women’s health.”
One item that represents the past year: Champagne
“In 2020 I hit a lot of milestones and celebrated that a lot. In 2021 I am expecting to have a lot of big things coming and I hope to be doing a lot of celebrating and champagne toasting - because why shouldn’t I?“
One item that represents you: A dumbbell
“I love to work out, it is a huge part of my lifestyle, I simply love to throw some weight around!”
